Remember to always wash, rinse and dry your hands before handling contact lenses.
1.For clean contacts, start by wetting lenses with contact solution. Thoroughly wet each side of the lens with solution.
2.To remove debris from contacts, rub lenses with OPTI-FREE® Express® solution. Rub the lens for 20 seconds.
3.Rinse lenses for 10 seconds per side with OPTI-FREE® Express® solution.
4.Fill lens case with solution and place lenses in case.
5.Add fresh OPTI-FREE® Express® contact solution to store lenses overnight.
